1. Haider – Shahid Kapoor

Shahid Kapoor entered the industry with Ishq Visq which was a sensational hit. Later he has done some good films but continued to do weak scripts and flop films.

He got some recognition with Vivah, Jab We Met, and Kaminey but faded with movies like Pathshala, Kismat Konnection, Chance Pe Dance, and many more.

However, Haider brought some good charm for the actor and he became the bankable actor in Bollywood.

He stunned everyone with his gripping and thrilling portrayal of Haider. He won the Filmfare for the best actor for his performance.

2. Mohabbatein – Amitabh Bachchan

We all know Amitabh Bachchan is a legend in Bollywood with a versatile filmography. He was the superstar in Bollywood in the 80s. Little you know that the actor was in so much trouble after the failure of Amitabh Bachchan Corporation.

In an interview, he confessed that he was in debt and no work in Bollywood. He went to Yashraj Chopra and asked for work.

They gave him the role of Narayan Shankar in the Mohabbatein. After that, he became the star again.

3. Jab We Met – Kareena Kapoor

Kareena has always been moody when it comes to movie choices. She confessed that she was shooting for Jab We Met and Tasan at the same time, and she had no hope from the film at all.

Whether you remember the movie Jab We Met because of Shahid and Kareena breakup, the character of Geet was the highlight in the movie.

After that, Kareena became the star and she is still ruling the industry.

4. Dil Chahta Hai and Omkara – Saif Ali Khan

Saif has an image of Chocolaty heroes in the 90s. With long hair and good looks, he was often considered for the typical rich romantic hero in every movie.

However, he managed to change his image in the industry with movies like Dil Chahta Hai and Omkara.

The interesting fact is that he never wanted to do Dil Chahta hai, and Aamir Khan convinced him to do the film. Later he did the big experiment and signed Omkara to play Langra Tyagi.

5. Queen – Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut was already famous for her works in the industry but she accepted that after the success of Queen, filmmakers started taking her seriously.

This is the reason that Kangana became the face of every woman-centered film in Bollywood.

6. Wanted – Salman Khan

You must remember the phase when all of Salman Khan Movies were flops and doing no business at the box office. Some movies include Heroes, Hello, Main Aur Mrs. Khanna, Jaaneman, and many more.

In 2009, he decided to remake the Telugu movie and made Wanted. The movie was a big hit and after that most of the movies of Salman Khan did wonderful business at the box office.

7. Aditya Roy Kapoor – Malang

Aditya Roy Kapoor’s filmography is limited. He proved himself as a capable actor with Aashiqui 2 but faded with movies like Daawat-e-Ishq, Kalank, and Fitoor.

Well, he came back to the business with Malang.

8. Deepika Padukone – Cocktail

Deepika Padukone became a star with her debut movie Om Shanti Om. Later she was only in the news because of her affair with Ranbir Kapoor.

She did many flop films like Lafangey Parindey and Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se. It was a Cocktail and later movies that established her in the Industry.

9. Delhi Belly – Imraan Khan

Imran made a grand debut in Bollywood with Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na but faded despite having too many chances. Kidnap, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, I Hate Luv Storys and many more.

He later worked in Delhi Belly which was appreciated by audience but the movie didn’t revived his career.

10. Munna Bhai MBBS – Sanjay Dutt

Even the Sanjay Dutt biopic showed how much Munna Bhai has affected his career. Sanjay Dutt was a star in the 90s but after the criminal cases, he left with no choice but to do B grade scripts.

His career took a good turn with Munnabhai. He became the star of the industry again.
