Nowadays so many young artists have come, that the interest of people in seeing old actors has reduced to some extent.

But yes, their fans still like to see them working. In Bollywood, actors may get projects only after they specially asked for it.

While some actors do not shy away from asking for work, some actors decided better to sit vacantly and watch TV at home, but they never go to any producer-director to ask for work.

Every actor has ups and downs in their career, actors like Anupam Kher, Shahid Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee have called directors and producers for work in the movies.

1. Sunny Deol

Sunny Deol used to be the superstar of the film industry in the 90s. He has given many hits like Ziddi, Khatik, Border, and Gadar Ek Prem Katha during that period.

Now 63 years old actor has lost his stardom and doesn’t fit in the lead role. Sunny Deol gave his last hit film ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ in the year 2011.

After this, he acted in many action films but he did not achieve the same success as before.

Although Sunny Deol is a big name in the industry and he has many other sources of income other than his earning as an actor.

He believes in living a simple life and probably this is the reason that he has never asked for work in front of any producer.

2. Sunil Shetty

Sunil Shetty’s name was included in the list of superstars of the industry in the 90s.

Sunil Shetty was more famous as an action hero among people and has a huge fan following.

With his bulky figure, he won the hearts of the people with his acting skills and screen presence.

Whether it is a negative or positive character Sunil Shetty has nailed every role in the movies.

Sunil Shetty also received the Filmfare Award for Best Villain for the 2001 film Dhadkan.

3. Bobby Deol

Bobby Deol used to be a well-known actor in the 90s. At that time, he had given many hit films.

Just like his father and elder brother he enjoyed superstardom and worked with famous directors of his time.

Later, the actor stopped getting movies and he only featured in the movies made under his production house.

Bobby Deol never asked any producer and directors for work.

He started his second innings in the film industry and featured in movies like Race 3, Housefull 4, Class of 83, and web series Aashram.

He is appreciated by fans as well as critics for his performance in the movies and web series.

4. Tusshar Kapoor

Tusshar Kapoor is the son of Bollywood veteran actor Jitendra. Tusshar Kapoor has acted in many Bollywood films.

Despite being star kid, Tusshar failed to impress the audience with his acting skills.

Tusshar’s sister Ekta Kapoor is a well-known producer in the film industry, and it has been seen that Tusshar often does films that are produced by Ekta Kapoor.

5. Akshay Khanna

Actor Akshaye Khanna has got lots of praises for his performances in his newly released films like ‘Accidental Prime Minister’, Section 355, and Ittefaq.

The movie ‘Accidental Prime Minister’ is based on the life of former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh.

Akshaye Khanna is rarely seen in Bollywood films but people eagerly wait for his film. Akshay Khana is one of the best actors in Bollywood.

It is also rumored in the industry that Akshaye Khanna never goes to any producer and director to ask for work whether he is getting films or not.
